Why exclusive by buy-box?
If two clients share the same buy-box, they're chasing the same 30-50 owners every month. They'll figure out within a quarter that they're competing - and one churns. We'd rather sell one slot well than two slots once.
What happens if my buy-box overlaps with another client's?
We draw bands strictly non-overlapping (e.g., 50-100 unit and 100-200 unit don't both get the same metro). If overlap is unavoidable, only one client gets the warm intro per asset - the other receives the signal feed without exclusivity.
What does the $6,500 setup cover?
