Anything not covered here: book a call. 15 minutes and we'll answer everything live.
LunoMotion is an AI implementation firm for commercial real estate. We build custom automation systems and deploy pre-built agents for deal sourcing, underwriting, lease abstraction, investor reporting, and more.
We are not a SaaS company. We are not a consultant. We build and deploy working software. You own the output. No ongoing license, no lock-in.
CRE investors, operators, and property managers doing active acquisitions or running value-add portfolios. Typically firms that have outgrown manual processes but don't have a dedicated internal data or analytics team.
If you're making active buy, sell, and hold decisions and want your process to run like a larger firm, that's who we're built for.
Generic tools require you to build and maintain the system yourself. That system breaks the moment your data format changes, your process shifts, or someone leaves who knew how it worked.
We build a system configured to your exact workflow, deploy it into your existing stack, and support it. You use the output. You don't run the infrastructure. That's a completely different thing.
Book a 15-minute call. We scope it live on that call. No prep required on your end. You'll know what the engagement looks like, what it costs, and what the timeline is before the call ends.
Five stages: Discovery call (15 min, we map the workflow and scope it live) → Fixed-price proposal in writing (you know the full number before committing) → Build phase (2–6 weeks, weekly milestone demos) → Deploy (integration, testing, go-live) → 30-day support window (we fix anything post-launch).
You see working software at every milestone. Not just at the end.
No. We handle the build, integration, and deployment entirely. Your team needs to know how to use the output. Not how to maintain what's running underneath it.
Most of our clients have zero technical staff involved in the build process. We ask for access to the relevant systems and the rest is on us.
That's the norm. We build into your existing stack, not around it. The goal is to make what you already use work better, not to replace it with something new to learn and maintain.
We've integrated with CoStar, AppFolio, Yardi, QuickBooks, Salesforce, HubSpot, and dozens of other platforms. If it has an API, we can connect to it.
Single-workflow builds: 2–4 weeks from kickoff. Multi-workflow systems: 4–8 weeks. The timeline is in writing before we start, and we've shipped on or ahead of schedule on every engagement to date.
The most common engagements are underwriting automation (pulling from rent rolls, T12s, and OMs), deal screening, lease abstraction, LP reporting, owner outreach pipelines, and custom internal workflows.
Most engagements are scoped around a specific bottleneck in your deal process. We identify that bottleneck on the discovery call, scope the fix, and build it.
Every engagement is fixed price, scoped in writing before you commit. During the scoping call we identify the highest-leverage build for your operation, define exactly what gets built, and agree on a number before anything starts.
No surprise invoices. No "we'll figure it out as we go." You know the full scope and the full number before signing.
No. The system is yours. No license, no lock-in, no monthly fee to us after delivery. You own everything we build.
There may be third-party infrastructure costs (API fees, hosting, etc.) depending on what we build. Those are typically small and are discussed during scoping. Optional ongoing support retainers are available separately.
If the system doesn't work as scoped, we fix it at no cost. If we can't make it right, you get your money back. This is in writing in the engagement agreement before you commit to anything.
We've never had to issue a refund. The clause is there, and it's real.
Yes. Start with one workflow, see it running in your operation, confirm it delivers value, then expand into a full multi-workflow engagement.
Every client who started with a Starter build has come back for more. That's the model.
No pitch. If it's not a fit, we'll tell you. If it is, we'll scope it right then.
