What does a custom AI engagement look like?
It starts with one discovery call where we map your current workflow and identify where automation delivers the most value for your specific operation. From there we scope a fixed deliverable at a fixed price - you know exactly what you're getting before we start. Most systems are delivered within 4-16 weeks, depending on scope.
How much does a custom build cost?
It depends on scope, and scope varies significantly based on what you're building. We don't publish pricing because a number without context isn't useful. The discovery call is the right place to get a real figure - we'll scope it there.
Do I need a technical team to work with you?
No. We handle the build, integration, and deployment. Your team needs to know how to use the output, not how to maintain what's running underneath.
What kinds of things do you build?
The most common engagements are underwriting automation (pulling from rent rolls, T12s, and OMs), document processing, pipeline and CRM intelligence, and ownership and market data workflows. Most engagements are scoped around a specific bottleneck in your deal process.
What if we already have a CRM or existing software?
That's the norm. We build into your existing stack, not around it. The goal is to make what you already use work better, not to replace it with something new to learn.

What are Packages?
Pre-built AI systems for the most common CRE workflows - deal sourcing, underwriting, and portfolio monitoring. The infrastructure is already built; we configure and deploy it for your firm specifically. Your criteria, your data, your brand.
How are they different from a custom build?
Custom builds are scoped from scratch around a workflow unique to your operation. Packages are pre-architected - the core is already built, so deployment is faster and the scope is defined upfront. Either way, nothing is handed off as software for you to figure out.
Can they be customized for my firm?
Yes. Each system is configured to your specific criteria - your buy-box, your underwriting standards, your portfolio. Pre-built architecture, custom implementation.
How fast are they deployed?
Most Packages are live within 4-8 weeks from kickoff. Custom builds run 4-16 weeks depending on scope.
Do I have to operate or maintain them?
No. We deploy, manage, and maintain everything we build. Your team uses the output - you don't run the infrastructure.
